The new LC Series battery chargers from Nexergy, designed specifically for Lithium ion and Lithium polymer batteries, feature the ability to be custom tailored for each application while simultaneously providing the highest level of safety possible in a lithium battery charger.
The chargers are customized with sophisticated proprietary firmware, aligning current and voltage to match the specific charging needs of the battery pack. The firmware allows Nexergy engineers to program an extensive array of functions, such as pre-charge current and charging voltage, remote voltage sensing and state-of-charge signaling, as well as the ability to detect the presence of a battery when the protection circuit has shut off the battery’s output.
